All administrative accounts have access to these school settings. Most settings only have to be set once, but we recommend that you review all settings from year to year. The best time to check your settings is approximately 1 week before the start of a school year. Log into your account, and click the School Settings button located in the Quick Links section of your portal homepage.
Share Contact Email in Directories
Choose to show or hide the email icon next to staff names in the directory. Hiding the icon means that public visitors will not have access to the public contact email form.
Set Teacher Import IDs
Used when upgrading from School Loop Standard to School Loop Plus. Enter teacher IDs next to the teacher names and click Submit. Teacher IDs must be the ones used in your Student Information System to schedule classes.
